Temporary and Reduction in Service due to COVID-19
For the health and safety of our guests and hotel colleagues, and in line with legislation and current best practice, we are operating a very modified or reduced service. We ask for you continued understanding as we have implement many new initiatives such as social distancing, increase cleaning and disinfection. As a result the Hotels are quite different to what they were like in February. We have reduced our staffing levels, service, furnishings and amenities and the closure of facilities that would have had a risk of spreading the virus.
